STORE POLICY
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges and cancellations. All sales are final. All customers agree to reading terms/conditions prior to checkout. LITTLE BIT CORP reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost, but are marked as delivered as well as packages in-transit.
FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS:
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect or simply the wrong item, please immediately contact us within 48 hours at info@littlebitbrand.com and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of receiving. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
PRE-ORDERS:
Please allow two weeks processing for all pre orders. Allow up to an additional two weeks for shipment and delivery. All pre order items are final sale, no refunds/exchanges.
